- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a deep dish pie pan.
- Whisk together oat flour, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl mix coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Press batter evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until edges are golden and center is just set.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for a gooey center. Can be made dairy-free using coconut yogurt.
