Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 14 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
  4. Add sausage to the pan.
  5. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar; drizzle over pan.
  6. Roast 20–25 minutes until caramelized and tender.

Notes

Adjust honey and garlic to taste. Use parchment for easier cleanup.
