- Wash and dry all vegetables.
- Finely dice cucumbers and tomatoes into small uniform cubes.
- Very finely chop onion.
- Place vegetables in a mixing bowl with herbs.
- Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
Use freshest vegetables possible for best flavor. Add dressing just before serving to prevent excess moisture.
