Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter creamy
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp beaten egg
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.125 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in beaten egg and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll into a ball and place on baking sheet. Flatten with fork.
  6. Bake 9–11 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Cool briefly and enjoy warm.

Notes

Do not overbake; cookie firms as it cools. Dough can be frozen for later baking.
