Method
- Place beef stew meat into slow cooker.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Stir in steak seasoning, thyme, paprika, and mustard.
- Add butter on top and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 15–20 minutes to thicken.
- Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Notes
For a richer flavor, brown the beef before adding to the slow cooker.
