- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place chicken in slow cooker with olive oil, garlic, and onion powder.
- Add marinara sauce, chicken broth, and Parmesan.
- Cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2.5–3 hours.
- Add mozzarella during last 20–30 minutes to melt.
- Add heavy cream for a richer sauce if desired.
- Serve warm with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add cream cheese instead of heavy cream.
