Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
Filling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Place chicken in slow cooker with olive oil, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Add marinara sauce, chicken broth, and Parmesan.
  4. Cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2.5–3 hours.
  5. Add mozzarella during last 20–30 minutes to melt.
  6. Add heavy cream for a richer sauce if desired.
  7. Serve warm with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add cream cheese instead of heavy cream.
