Method
- Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1–1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs into the slow cooker.
- Whisk soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- Stir gently halfway through cooking.
- Mix cornstarch and water to make slurry and stir into slow cooker.
- Cook 15–20 more minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter glaze, add 1–2 tablespoons more brown sugar.
