- Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Spread brownie batter over cookies.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set at edges.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For cleaner slices, chill brownies 30 minutes before cutting.
