Method
- Mix chicken, beans, corn, peppers, cheese, cream cheese, and spices in a bowl.
- Place filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Drain on a wire rack and serve warm.
Notes
Can be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
