Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined, then form into evenly sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Transfer warm meatballs to a bowl and toss with firecracker sauce until coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha. Great served over rice or as a party appetizer.
