Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes adjust to taste
Rice Bowl Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken.
  2. Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.
