- Prepare sushi rice and season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Lay nori on bamboo mat and spread rice evenly.
- Add tuna, avocado, and cucumber; roll tightly.
- Slice roll into 8 pieces and arrange on baking-safe plate.
- Mix diced tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Spoon topping over roll pieces to form volcano shape.
- Bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until warm and creamy.
