Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake wrappers for 5–7 minutes until lightly golden, then remove from oven.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in drained spinach and chopped artichokes.
- Spoon filling evenly into pre-baked wonton cups.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until filling is hot and bubbly and edges are golden.
- Cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure spinach is very well drained to keep wonton cups crispy.
