Ingredients
  

Wonton Cups
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
Filling
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake wrappers for 5–7 minutes until lightly golden, then remove from oven.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Stir in drained spinach and chopped artichokes.
  6. Spoon filling evenly into pre-baked wonton cups.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until filling is hot and bubbly and edges are golden.
  8. Cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure spinach is very well drained to keep wonton cups crispy.
