- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Squeeze all excess moisture from thawed spinach and place in a large bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, and garlic. Mix well.
- Stir in eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on wire rack before serving.
Notes
Spinach Balls can be frozen before or after baking and reheated as needed.
