Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.75 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips
Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp milk or cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a lined loaf pan.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Mix sugar and melted butter, then add eggs, vanilla, and orange zest.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk until just combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Bake 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Beat glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over cooled loaf.

Notes

Cool completely before glazing for best texture and appearance.
