Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken skin-side down until crispy and golden.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same pan.
- Add apple cider, mustard, honey, and vinegar. Simmer until reduced.
- Return chicken to pan and cook until done and glazed.
- Toss slaw ingredients with dressing.
- Serve chicken hot with crisp slaw on the side.
Notes
For extra glaze, simmer sauce a few minutes longer before serving.
