- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in honey.
- Add eggs one at a time, then lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until just combined.
- Bake 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare glaze by melting butter and honey, then stirring in lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour warm glaze over loaf and cool completely before slicing.
