Ingredients
  

Chicken Patties
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar.
  5. Simmer sauce in skillet, then add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
  6. Return patties to skillet and coat in sticky glaze.
  7. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Great for sliders, rice bowls, or appetizers. Adjust sweetness or garlic to taste.
