- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into 8 patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar.
- Simmer sauce in skillet, then add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Return patties to skillet and coat in sticky glaze.
- Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
Great for sliders, rice bowls, or appetizers. Adjust sweetness or garlic to taste.
