- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a rack on top.
- Pat wings dry and toss with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder.
- Arrange wings on rack in single layer.
- Bake 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- Combine glaze ingredients in saucepan and simmer 5–7 minutes until thick.
- Toss baked wings in glaze.
- Return wings to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot with garnish.
Notes
For extra crispiness, refrigerate wings uncovered for 1 hour before baking.
