Ingredients
  

Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
Glaze
  • 0.5 cup peach preserves
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a rack on top.
  2. Pat wings dry and toss with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder.
  3. Arrange wings on rack in single layer.
  4. Bake 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 20–25 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine glaze ingredients in saucepan and simmer 5–7 minutes until thick.
  6. Toss baked wings in glaze.
  7. Return wings to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
  8. Serve hot with garnish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, refrigerate wings uncovered for 1 hour before baking.
