- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Freeze teaspoon portions until firm.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

- Mix in egg, yolk, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients gradually until dough forms.
- Fold in strawberries and jam gently.
- Wrap dough around frozen filling portions and seal.
- Bake 13–16 minutes until edges set.

Notes
