Ingredients
  

Base
  • 6 cups rice square cereal
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup strawberry cake mix dry
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Coating
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed

Method
 

  1. Place cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and butter in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in strawberry cake mix, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Pour mixture over cereal and gently fold until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to zip bag with powdered sugar and crushed strawberries.
  6. Seal bag and shake gently until coated.
  7. Spread onto baking sheet and let set for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve or store in airtight container.

Notes

Store airtight up to 5 days. For extra flavor, drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
