- Boil cabbage and remove softened leaves.
- Mix ground meat, rice, onions, garlic, egg, and seasonings.
- Fill cabbage leaves with mixture and roll tightly.
- Prepare tomato sauce with broth, seasonings, and tomato paste.
- Layer cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour sauce over.
- Bake at 350°F for 75–90 minutes until tender.
Notes
Stuffed cabbage rolls taste even better the next day as flavors develop.
