Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare a springform pan.
- Mix crushed sugar cookies with melted butter and press into pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes and cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then sour cream, cream, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and bake 50–55 minutes.
- Cool gradually, then chill at least 4 hours.
- Pour hot cream over white chocolate, stir until smooth.
- Spread ganache over cheesecake and chill until set.
Notes
For best texture, chill overnight before serving.
