- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whisk almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients to form a dough.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
