Ingredients
  

Croissant Filling
  • 4 butter croissants large
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 0.75 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tbsp honey or hot honey
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice croissants horizontally and spread butter on the inside.
  3. Layer blue cheese and chopped bacon on the bottom halves.
  4. Drizzle lightly with honey and close croissants.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until warmed and cheese softens.
  6. Finish with black pepper and serve warm.

Notes

Use mild blue cheese for a less intense flavor. Best served warm.
