  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Mix in shredded cheeses, taco seasoning, and spices.
  3. Fold in green onions, olives, and cilantro.
  4. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
  6. Roll in coating ingredients and serve chilled.

Notes

Best served chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.
