Ingredients
  

Rice Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Taco Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Toppings
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup corn
  • 0.5 cup black beans drained
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and mix with lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning, garlic powder, and water. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Prepare toppings by chopping vegetables and slicing avocado.
  5. Mix sour cream and salsa in a bowl.
  6. Divide rice into bowls and top with meat, vegetables, beans, corn, and cheese.
  7. Drizzle sauce over bowls and garnish as desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
