Method
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to skillet and sauté onions and mushrooms until caramelized.
- Deglaze pan with chicken broth and simmer 2 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet and top with vegetables.
- Add cheese, cover, and cook until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with mashed potatoes or seasoned rice.
