Ingredients
  

Stuffing Ball Mixture
  • 6 cups prepared stuffing
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup chicken broth use as needed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place prepared stuffing in a large bowl and break up any large clumps.
  3. Add beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and melted butter.
  4. Add chicken broth gradually until the mixture holds together when pressed.
  5. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

Add more broth if stuffing is dry. Works great with leftover stuffing.
