Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place prepared stuffing in a large bowl and break up any large clumps.
- Add beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, parsley, and melted butter.
- Add chicken broth gradually until the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
Notes
Add more broth if stuffing is dry. Works great with leftover stuffing.
