- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until thick and glossy.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in pan.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra chewy blondies, slightly underbake and cool completely before cutting.
