Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Mix melted butter and sugars until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until thick and glossy.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread batter evenly in pan.
  8. Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
  9. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra chewy blondies, slightly underbake and cool completely before cutting.
