Soup Base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 28 oz whole peeled tomatoes crushed
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and tomato paste, cooking until fragrant.
