Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.33 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour and salt and mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  4. Adjust texture with extra flour or yogurt if needed.
  5. Chill briefly or serve immediately.

Notes

For firmer dough chill 10 minutes. For sweeter dough add extra maple syrup. Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
