Ingredients
  

Latte
  • 1 shot espresso cooled slightly
  • 0.75 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp raspberry syrup or purée
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • fresh raspberries optional garnish

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Spoon
  • Espresso maker or coffee brewer
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Add raspberry syrup to bottom of glass.
  2. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Pour milk slowly over ice.
  4. Stir vanilla syrup into milk layer.
  5. Slowly pour espresso on top to create layers.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use clear ice and pour slowly for defined layers.
