- Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare flour, egg mixture, and seasoned breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Dredge cheese sticks in flour, dip in egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Repeat egg and breadcrumb coating for a double breading.
- Freeze breaded sticks for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
