- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla, and milk; mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop dough, place on baking sheets, and press with fork.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool slightly before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
Do not overbake for best chewy texture.
