- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to form a smooth batter.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Spread half the batter into the pan, add cinnamon swirl, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until set. Cool slightly, drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve.
