Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide pizza dough into golf-ball-sized portions.
- Flatten each portion and place cheese in center.
- Seal dough around cheese and roll into balls.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Brush garlic butter over warm bombs and serve.

Best served warm for maximum cheese pull.
