Ingredients
  

Dough Bombs
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese cubed or shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide pizza dough into golf-ball-sized portions.
  3. Flatten each portion and place cheese in center.
  4. Seal dough around cheese and roll into balls.
  5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  8. Brush garlic butter over warm bombs and serve.

Notes

Best served warm for maximum cheese pull.
