Method
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan until smooth.
- Spread garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices butter-side down. Layer mozzarella and cheddar on top.
- Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, or swap cheeses to customize.
