- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Spread pesto on the unbuttered sides.
- Layer mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan on two slices.
- Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides facing outward.
- Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook sandwiches 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Rest 1 minute, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use low heat for best melt and crisp texture. Try adding tomatoes or chicken for variation.
