Ingredients
  

Strawberries
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries washed and dried
Chocolate Coating
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 8 oz milk chocolate chopped
  • 6 oz white chocolate for drizzle
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
Decorations
  • Valentine sprinkles optional
  • crushed nuts optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark and milk chocolate separately until smooth.
  3. Hold strawberries by the stem and dip into melted chocolate.
  4. Let excess chocolate drip off, then place on baking sheet.
  5. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over dipped strawberries.
  6. Add sprinkles or toppings before chocolate sets.
  7. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until firm.
