Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
Topping
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Add feta and cream cheese to a food processor and pulse until combined.
  2. Drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice while blending until smooth and whipped.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  4. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.

Notes

Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
