  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1.5 cups pecan halves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate gently until smooth.
  3. Stir vanilla extract into melted chocolate.
  4. Fold in cranberries and pecans until coated.
  5. Scoop clusters onto prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Chill or let set at room temperature until firm.
  8. Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
