- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the almond milk until steaming but not boiling.
- Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved. Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add orange zest, almond extract, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir and simmer gently for 1–2 minutes.
- Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream or foamed milk if desired.
- Garnish with toasted almonds, white chocolate shavings, and extra orange zest before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality white chocolate and fresh orange zest. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
