Method
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and white chocolate until melted.
- Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press mixture gently into prepared pan and let set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Do not press mixture too firmly to keep treats soft and chewy.
