  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and white chocolate until melted.
  5. Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Press mixture gently into prepared pan and let set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Do not press mixture too firmly to keep treats soft and chewy.
