Ingredients
  

Cocktail
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz orange liqueur
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Margarita glass

Method
 

  1. Rim glass with lime and dip in coconut or sugar.
  2. Fill shaker with ice and add all liquid ingredients.
  3. Shake well until chilled and creamy.
  4. Strain into ice-filled glass and garnish with lime.

Notes

For frozen version, blend with 1 cup ice until smooth.
