  • 0.5 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients, ensuring fruits are frozen.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen banana, white berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Add shredded coconut and pulse to mix.
  5. Optional: add ice cubes and blend for thicker texture.
  6. Pour into glasses, garnish with cinnamon, coconut flakes, or mint.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust sweetness according to fruit ripeness. Can add protein powder or greens for variation.
